950k Terms and Conditions

1Definitions and Applicability

The following words and terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings. "Platform" refers to the 950k website, application and all associated digital services. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform. "We" or "950k" refers to the organisation operating this platform. "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account.

These terms apply to all services on the 950k platform, including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, slot games and all other gaming services. These terms may be updated from time to time and each revision will take effect upon publication.

950k's services are provided only to individuals who are able to use them in accordance with applicable law. Different legal regulations regarding online gaming may exist in different countries or regions. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of their own legal situation.

2Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use services on the 950k platform, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

If a user provides false information or creates multiple accounts, 950k reserves the right to immediately close those accounts and forfeit any pending rewards.

3Account Management

The responsibility for the security of each user's account rests entirely with that user. The user must keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party must be avoided.

Updating Account Information

If any personal details change — such as mobile number, email address or payment method — the account profile must be updated immediately. 950k will not be responsible for any delayed or failed transactions resulting from outdated information.

Account Security

If a user suspects any unauthorised access to their account, they must notify our support team immediately. The user is responsible for all activity occurring on their account, whether authorised or unauthorised. 950k reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account at any time for security reasons.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on the 950k platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited amounts are expected to be credited to the account immediately.
• Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• The user must use only a payment account registered in their own name.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.

5Bonuses and Promotions

950k offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its registered users. Each bonus offer has its own terms and the user must comply with those terms.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The deposit must be a minimum of ৳100 to qualify for this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering requirement).

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses will only be credited to accounts that have been activated through a real deposit.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be cancelled.
• 950k reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed and all balances forfeited.

VIP Program

950k's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Platinum. VIP tiers and benefits may be changed at 950k's discretion.

6Gaming Rules

All games available on the 950k platform are operated by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI and others). Each game has its own applicable rules and the user is required to read the relevant game rules before starting a game.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result is abnormal due to a technical error, that bet may be considered void.
• Server-side records will be considered final in determining game outcomes.
• 950k reserves the right to conduct an investigation if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.

Sports Betting

All decisions relating to sports betting — event cancellations, result announcements, odds changes — will be made at 950k's own discretion. If an event does not take place or is not completed within the specified time, the bet may be cancelled and the staked amount refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 950k platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating an account using a false identity or false age.
• Operating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming the same offer under multiple identities.
• Exploiting software errors or technical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting a cyber attack or hacking against the platform.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account or payment method.

8Responsible Gaming

10Limitation of Liability

Services on the 950k platform are provided on an "as is" basis. 950k accepts no liability for the following:

• Being unable to access an account due to a technical error.
• Delays in transactions caused by third-party payment services.

950k's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant user in the preceding three months.

12Changes to Terms

• Misuse of the bonus system.
• In accordance with directions from law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request for responsible gaming reasons.

Account Closure Process
